We don’t verify every claim in every review. Reviews reflect personal opinions and experiences, not absolute facts. We provide context and patterns, not guarantees.

You submit a review through our guided form. The process takes about 5 minutes and covers home quality, neighborhood characteristics, and lifestyle fit.

Our moderation team reads your review within 24-48 hours. We check that it follows community guidelines and doesn’t include private information about specific people.

Most reviews get approved as submitted. Sometimes we make small edits for clarity or to remove identifying details. If changes are needed, we contact you to explain why.

Approved reviews appear on the site and become part of the location’s rating and pattern analysis. You get an email confirmation when your review goes live.
Verification is optional. Reviews marked as verified mean the person provided proof they lived at that location. This might be a lease agreement, utility bill, or mail with their name and the address.
Verification documents are encrypted and stored securely. They never appear publicly. We use them only to confirm residence, then keep them confidential.
Unverified reviews aren’t less trustworthy. The person simply chose not to go through verification. Both types of reviews go through the same moderation process.

Only essential team members can access verification documents. We log all access for accountability. Documents are stored separately from public review content.
We only collect information necessary for the platform to function. We don’t sell personal data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for trend analysis and insights.
You can request removal of your review at any time. We evaluate requests based on the review’s value to the community and legal requirements. Verification documents are deleted when no longer needed.
