We've lived in Gibson Springs well over a decade now and can't imagine living in another part of Henderson/Las Vegas. Everything we need (shopping, entertainment) is so close by yet our neighborhood is so quiet and doesn't feel or sound like its in the middle of a city. Neighbors are friendly, we'd met everyone on our long cul-de-sac within a few months of moving in. Several parks are within a couple of miles of our home and its very common to see people out walking themselves and their dogs when the weather allows.
