Bay Breeze Apartments

Overall not the best place. Parking is always full (people sometimes park in your designated spot for your apartment). Kids are always yelling and throw rocks near the cars so you end up with big rocks where you’d park. Someone we know even had a rock thrown through his patio door. Management has changed like 2-3 times in the past 3 years. Simple maintenance is done quickly however bigger maintenance issues have taken a week to over a month to be completely fixed due to using 3rd party companies who don’t do the job correctly. I’ve had to have my bathtub resurfaced 3 times in one year. Multiple leaks have come down from upstairs due to maintenance not shutting off water properly. The price isn’t worth the space nor quality of the apartments. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours alarms going off in the mornings. When there’s traffic it’s also hard to get out of the apartment especially if you have to hit the u turn right in front of the apartment to go towards the freeway.
