Reflections at the Lakes

This apartment complex is a good starter spot if you’re young and looking to save for the next spot. It was just my fiance and I, and for the most part we enjoyed living here for two years. Pros: maintenance was always fast and reliable, close to downtown summerlin for shopping and leisure activities, clean complex, friendly neighbors Cons: the main con, is this complex is on the older side. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment or a modern look this is not it. Initially it was presented to look more modern during the walkthrough and online. However, the unit we got was older. This consisted of popcorn ceilings, carpet instead of the modern gray tile, and older brown countertops instead of the renovated white ones.
