It's a really nice modern building. It's fairly new so it's kept up well. Only problem is the sensitivity of the fire alarms. There are so many alarms in my apartment that it's overkill. But over than that, I love it. Perfect for one person. No guest parking in the garage so more than one person and they have to park out on the road unsecured.
