We lived at the very front of the complex and for the most part it’s quiet minus all the traffic on Russell Rd, No issues with any tenants living there. Everyone kept to themselves. Although towards the back of the complex there were some shifty characters sometimes. Overall unit was kind of outdated but after we left the unit the owner did upgrade, so I guess it’s varies with other units. Our unit didn’t have a garage for our unit and only one parking spot for our car. Guest playing is anything without a shade structure.
