6901 Gothic Marigold Street

Neighborhood has gotten pretty crappy over the last few years. Packages have gotten snatched from porch. You can hear cars racing down the street and doing donuts once in a while. Lots of foot traffic from ppl who likely don’t even in the neighborhood pass through to go to the next neighborhood. The HOA is another hellhole. They’re selective on which houses they’ll enforce regulations on. They definitely don’t regulate the section 8 houses, there’s been a mattress on the sidewalk in front of one of the houses for over 2 weeks. Meanwhile I get a letter when I leave my trash cans out an extra night.
